Now that i'm a career women, i've been buying more quality, classic pieces, but still sticking to my basic core of dressing. I stumbled upon Joslyn, of Simple Lovely, and just love her style. Her outfits consist of stripes, statement jewelry, and classic shapes. Although the peg leg trousers and trench are both timeless, you would never say shes boring. Quite the contrary, shes made these pieces modern!
This motto of dressing is what i'm going for lately, and as always i'm loving stripes.

I totally agree with buying classic pieces! My wardrobe has changed since I started working! It's all about finding that balance.
